Every LOVA assistant goes through a multi-step screening before they ever touch client work: application review, a skills check for their specialism, and interviews for communication and reliability. Only a small share make it through. Once onboarded, they work under our management rather than on their own, so quality stays consistent.
You are never locked in with someone who isn’t working out. If your assistant isn’t the right match, tell us and we will replace them at no extra cost. Our job is to make sure you have someone you can rely on, not to hand you a name and disappear.
